A hand carved wooden world atlas ball. This has been carved from dark Ebony wood. The ball is hollow on the inside and can be used for a secret hiding place. A very well done, unique and one of a kind piece of art.

About Ebony wood:
Ebony is a dense black/brown hardwood, most commonly yielded by several different species in the genus Diospyros, which also contains the persimmons. Ebony is dense enough to sink in water. It is finely-textured and has a very smooth finish when polished, making it valuable as an ornamental wood

Our items are very carefully packaged. We buy shipping insurance from U-PIC at no cost to the customer. In the event of loss or breakage (during shipping) we will refund the customer if we are reimbursed by U-PIC. If we refund the customer (for breakage during shipping) then the broken item must be sent back to us.
