The figurine is part of the balloon character series. She's carrying multi-coloured balloons and yellow flowers.

Repaired. The arm holding the flowers was repaired, but it's barely visible. The price was reduced because of this. I added a photo where I zoomed in on the repaired arm - I also added a red circle on the photo.
