Our items are very carefully packaged. We buy shipping insurance from U-PIC at no cost to the customer. In the event of loss or breakage (during shipping) we will refund the customer if we are reimbursed by U-PIC. If we refund the customer (for breakage during shipping) then the broken item must be sent back to us.
