Shipping policy

All items are very carefully packaged and insured.

We buy shipping insurance (at no cost to the customer) for every shipment. In the event of loss or breakage (during shipping) we will refund the customer if the insurance company pays out the claim. The broken item must be sent back to us when we refund.
